Mixed Microgreens Salad - Two Portions

This salad contains pea shoots, radish, sunflower shoots, broccoli, kale and kohl rabi.  Enjoy it on its own, mixed into other salads or stir-fry.  Super fresh and tasty, and should last at least a week in the fridge, just give it a gentle wash before eating.
